Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Gtrekker respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our visitors and subscribers to do the same. We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of visitors or subscribers who may be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights of others. As used in this Notice "We", "Us", "Our" and "Gtrekker" refer to Simon Yang, Inc., and all the agents, contractors, subsidiaries, parents, affiliates, successors, and assigns of Simon Yang, Inc., if applicable.
Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Gtrekker's Copyright Agent. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide the Gtrekker Agent the following information in writing:
1. a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site (e.g., for example, if a web page on your website has been copied, give the web page URL);
2. identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Gtrekker to locate the material (e.g., list specific web page(s) on the Gtrekker site that contain the allegedly infringing material and identify the material);
3. information reasonably sufficient to permit Gtrekker to contact you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, and email address);
4. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., "I believe in good faith that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law .");
5. a statement by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf (e.g., "I further attest that the foregoing information is accurate, and that, under penalty of perjury, I am either the copyright owner of the referenced material or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf."); and
6. your physical or electronic signature.
